ANSWER
The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Patient Safety and Primary Care (Maria Caulfield): The Heath and Care Bill, which aims to to expand water fluoridation schemes, in England, is currently at the Committee stage where it can be debated further by Parliament. The changes proposed by the Bill will maintain the duty to consult with the public on any future water fluoridation proposals.
