Dr Julian Lewis: I thank my right hon. Friend [Ann Widdecombe] for giving way. Does she feel that the provisions of the Bill will hinder or assist the right hon. Member for South Shields (Dr Clark), who did a good job in preparing the Bill in the first place, in finding out who at No. 10 Downing Street systematically rubbished him in the press in order to create vacancies for Liberal Democrats in a coalition with the Prime Minister?
