Dr Julian Lewis: On a point of order, Madam Deputy Speaker. I realise that the Government are suffering from the fact that they are labouring on Benches that are heaving with all of about half-a-dozen of their own Back Benchers, but is it in order for a Government Back Bencher to intervene or ask a question on the basis of reading a script that was overtly handed to him by one of his own Minister's Parliamentary Private Secretaries?
