Friend [Stewart Jackson] aware that of course there are the open, overt, straight-down-the line fraudsters at work, collecting ballots that are not their own, but even where that does not happen, within the individual household the privacy of the ballot is lost where voting slips are sent to the household and no one can keep their voting intentions to themselves?
