Dr Julian Lewis: I know that the Leader of the House will not tell us today the date of the forthcoming debate and vote on the Trident successor submarines, but will he at least tell the House whether the Government have made up their mind to hold that debate soon, or whether they are determined to spin things out until the Labour party conference in October?
